My cycles came back at 2 months pp, and were every 30 days like clockwork for over a year. Not too much acne, some dark hairs still but periods were regulated by BC. I got off the pill so we could see how my clue would be off medication and I got pregnant the first time we had unprotected sex. After she was born everything was great for 2.5 years then all of my PCOS troubles started again. I managed to clear it all with diet before pregnancy, but then the hormones kicked in and my skin got all kinds of jacked up, haha! When pregnant everything was awesome. Now that I've had my son (who's 15months) my symptoms are out of control even on BC. It actually began once I started on my IVF meds. My mom had PCOS and she took 6 years to conceive my older brother, and I was an oops when my brother was 10 months! </p>
