Ikea makes great ones that are really cheap. Other than that, we honestly didn't do a ton. At the time we didn't have many sharp corners to cover and didn't need a baby gate. LO actually understood very early (10 months?) that he was not allowed in the kitchen and wouldn't go in. We put covers over outlets in the kids room.
