It definitely helps him sleep better. We usually give ibuprofen rather than tylenol. The last time she got some was when she had roseola and a 103 temperature. I don't consider giving Tylenol unless the fever is at least over 101. I had to nosefrida her and she's congested, but I don't think she needs Tylenol yet.
