<description>&#60;p&#62;@Mrs. Bee:  OURS IS AWFUL. it's frontier. My husband works from home and we were having 300-500 interruptions in service PER DAY. It got so bad I threatened them with starting the PUC (PA Utilities Commission) complaint process and our customer service markedly improved. They made us buy a new modem which has solved most of the issues but my husband made them credit our bill back for it.

<description>&#60;p&#62;We have Comcast and pay for their highest speed. It's really not that fast.  It's frustrating!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It tends to go out at 11ish at night a few times a month. It doesn't cause any disruption in working but is annoying if we are trying to watch Netflix!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Our other option is Dish.

However, we've had an outage awhile back and it took 3 days to get it back up again. It affected ALL their users. OMG! Thank goodness for internet on our phones. Sheesh.

<description>&#60;p&#62;We have FIOS and while the service has not died, the router has died several times... and always taking 3-4 days for them to replace the hardware because they refuse to overnight new equipment and send it 2 or 3 day service! I hate that. Once it was on a holiday weekend so it took even longer.

In five years of living in our neighborhood, the amount of WiFi networks has tripled with the area getting more fashionable. Sometimes, my husband puts our network on a different channel that isn't so crowded to boost our Internet.
