My husband works from home and we were having 300-500 interruptions in service PER DAY. It got so bad I threatened them with starting the PUC (PA Utilities Commission) complaint process and our customer service markedly improved. There is no such thing as unlimited usage if you want any kind of speed faster than an old school modem. You pay by the gigabyte. We have FiOS now, and it's been great. However, we've had an outage awhile back and it took 3 days to get it back up again. It affected ALL their users. OMG! I hate that. For a year, we had so many Internet issues that we had them checking the lines and everything. In five years of living in our neighborhood, the amount of WiFi networks has tripled with the area getting more fashionable.
