Both DH and I got really "sick"- runny noses, coughing in the street, when we were there on vacation. It is tempting though, but we just didn't want to risk it. Both had terrible air quality and I had a hard time with asthma while I was in each place, but it was so worth it for me as a single individual. With babies, I have to assume that the calculus is different... but I'm not so sure that I'd let those considerations sway me from the opportunity.
