It was a great help because it has allowed me to help the kids with the transition (moved to a different state). The arrangement was only supposed to be until the end of December but my boss got approval to keep me on until the end of August (or longer if our new grant gets funded) but my hours have been cut to 20. Having both kids (DD is 4 and DS is 2) here while I'm working and not having any adult interaction is really starting to drain me. The organization is also going through some changes which are making me think moving on is best.
