<description>&#60;p&#62;Mine sucks!!  After a hard core workout, I have to just sit there in the locker room for 15 minutes doing nothing.  So sad.  Working out my upper or lower body doesn't do that to me, so I must just have a weak core.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Hoping to get my core strength up so I'm not so enfeebled by a hard core workout!  How is your core/abdominal strength?
