He was 6lbs 4oz at birth. So he was never the typical tiny preemie. However he is still behind developmental and his lungs still struggle. He's still under the 10th percentile for weight, but my pediatrician says he has caught up on all his milestones. By adjusted she's around the 50th. But she's 75th for height (adjusted)! Not what I expected, as I was a very fat baby. I believe they catch up by age 2. Wondering if they will always be small or if they will catch up later. </p> <p>Otherwise my babies are doing well at 10 weeks old or 4 weeks adjusted. </p>
