She just did it on her own (started waking up dry) do we stopped the pull ups and she hasn't had an accident since. Our ped said that bed wetting/not night training easily is hereditary. She usually wakes up to pee once a night and I take her to the potty. My son is still in pull ups at night at age 4 even though he's dry every morning because as a WOHM, i can't be dealing with wet sheets midweek. And if we put a diaper on her, she'd always use it. But when she was ready, she would usually stay dry in panties. So when we finally started, he was already not wetting at night for a while. my daughter probably had 6 months in between day and night training. She's wearing pull ups at night. She woke up around 10:30 last night and asked to go potty, which was a good sign, but she still had a wet pull up this morning. We day trained 10 months ago at 27 months and are still using a diaper at night. At wake up it is still soaking so I don't feel like pushing it at this point. We day trained around 21 months, and five months later, we're not even close to night training :sad: I suppose DS will get it when he's ready... he makes sure his jammies are dry every morning (even sniffs them to make sure), but he doesn't mind at all that his diaper is wet. She was fully day trained (naps included) in April and was night trained in November. We just tried to set her up for success at night, not so much training. We started to limit her evening liquids and insisted she needed to use the bathroom before bed. After many months, I told her that if she could wake up seven days in a row dry, I would stop her diapers. That was in November. Now in January, she's had about 4 accidents. I didn't stop with night diapers until late Oct or early Nov. She had more accidents after being "night trained" than she did in the day, though: maybe 7-10 total versus 3 total. I just made sure that we had a mattress protector on her bed and a spare set of sheets in case we needed them. I didn't do anything to help her-- just noticed that her cloth trainers were dry in the morning many mornings in a row and we talked about what she could do if she needed to go during the night, and about not wearing a diaper to bed because she didn't need to anymore. She was really glad to be done with diapers!
