my 1 year old son just had it. his fever started on a sunday-tues night. and the rash started appearing on wed and lasted til sat i think. he wasn't back to his normal self until maybe sunday, so a week? but i'd say he wasn't 100% himself until the end of that second week. :-/ he was just a little more fussy than usual, but not as bad as when he was sick.

My daughter had it in June but she's almost three so not sure how applicable this is but she was a bit grouchy for a couple days after the rash appeared, maybe a day after the rash was gone? She tends to get back to normal sort of gradually though.

How long after the Roseola rash appeared did your LO's fussiness stop? R had a fever from Wednesday night overnight until Sunday (started high at 103 but by Saturday/Sunday it was borderline 100.5) No fever Monday and then Monday night at bath time we saw the trunk rash. The rash is gone today but the fussiness continues (extremely fussy since Saturday). My older son had it but that was over 2 years ago and the details are fuzzy. Thanks!
