If she wakes up really early in the morning, she sometimes snoozes as I'm nursing her, so then she might go a little longer before the first nap and stay a little closer to our usual schedule. </p> <p>Depending how long the first nap is, she takes 2 or 3 naps a day. I find that first nap is usually longer if we stretch that first wake time to closer to 2 hours, but not if we let her get overtired.
