Then I just stopped pumping. But I was on decongestants for a really bad sinus infection that took a huge hit on my supply, and that's why I decided I had to stop BFing/pumping. I never got engorged or leaked during the day. No engorgement issues but I still feel a little tingly around the time for my afternoon pump. I don't foresee LO giving up either on his own for a while, though I think if I wanted to give up the morning one it would be easier to distract him with other things. </p> <p>Also, from about 12-14 or 15 months, we were probably doing 3 nursing sessions (morning, after work and bedtime).
