I was engorged for the first time in a long time when I woke up the day after I started, so that was great. So far I am taking 80 mg/day, but I've only gotten a few oz more in output. However, I do feel noticeably fuller so I am hoping that when I do nurse (I nurse at home/pump at work) he is getting more.
