By day 3, my son was pissed! I sat in the shower and used a hand pump to try and get it going every chance I got. I cried (as did my kid) the entire 3rd and 4th day. I wish I had just supplemented, because I think I was stressing myself out and making it worse by starving him. </p> <p>If we have another, I think I will bring my manual pump to the hospital and start on More Milk Plus immediately after birth.
