I'm not uncomfortable, just super full... and kind of sore when I touch. </p> <p>I know I don't have any clogged ducts, but have released some milk by hand as I felt full lumps last night. I am so deathly afraid of clogged ducts/mastitis... esp right now around the holidays!</p> <p>Anyway-- how long did it take for you to dry up? Did you take anything to help speed the process? </p>
