I ovulated a couple days late (I think CD 18) but by the next cycle it was day 14.</p> <p>I never took BCP to help regulate my period though...it was completely normal prior to starting BCPs. I just want to get it. I have no idea if I ovulated or not this month. I started temping about halfway through the month, but it doesn't look like any sort of pattern or anything. I was on BC for 10 years, so honestly I don't even remember what my periods were like before. I was in high school so they were always kind of irregular. But I was young, so I don't know. </p> <p>I am a bit underweight (BMI about 18) but I'm not super active so I don't think it's low body fat percentage keeping me from ovulating. I am trying to put on a little weight. </p> <p>Now I am paranoid I didn't get my period because I didn't ovulate which means I am messed up and won't be able to have a baby! I need to calm down. We are not TTC...yet. My period was due (if I follow a 28 day cycle) yesterday. I don't have any cramps, nothing to indicate it's coming. I took a preg test this AM that was negative (we were using condoms so I would have been surprised if it was :bfp: !). </p> <p>So I understand some people have crazy long cycles when they first come off BCP, like 50 or 60 days. What was your experience? </p>
