I think it was just hormonal though because it seemed to go back down for a little bit, probably due to lack of sleep more than anything. We are also growing a business (my DH's) so that really also takes a toll on both of us. So I both of ours went down. I remember being 10 months and thinking "okay, this is my life now." And being really depressed about it. I think I may head to my local health food store and see if there are any natural supplements that might help. My DH doesn't say anything, but I can tell his feelings are hurt. We went from 3 or 4 times a week, to once every 2 weeks.
