I'm giving it an extra two days. My friend had it done at 10 weeks, but they said that they didn't get enough fetal dna in the sample, likely because she is overweight (I don't think she is super overweight, but maybe by official standards). She had to have another sample taken at 12 weeks. Was that your experience with NIPT testing? My OB has an in-house lab that draws the blood, but I'm sure they send it off site for the actual testing. </p>
