First, I dropped my morning pump and started pumping to fully empty once a day at lunch. This week, I'm trying to decrease my pump session by 5 minutes. If I reduce by 5 min per week, it will take over a month to wean. I have recurrent clogged ducts so I'm really nervous to be more aggressive, but this will take forever! What was your plan? </p>
