I think it was about a week after our last session, I woke up with my shirt soaked with milk. After that, I felt pretty much empty. But, turns out k was pregnant so not sure if that made a difference.

I could still squeeze milk (colostrum?) out almost 6 months post weaning (BF until 18.5 months) but I never felt super full immediately afterward. We were down to once a day.

I always read that wine can decrease supply, but it's been my experience that a glass of red or two causes a letdown, or causes me to make more milk/ leak overnight. So weird!

LO has been weaned for about 2 weeks. I always had low supply and we were down to just one session per day, but I was still slightly engorged for about 5 days. (I went cold turkey - no pumping or anything - and didn't do any herbs/decongestants/banding/etc.) Day 6 I think was the first day that I realized by the afternoon that I didn't notice my boobs feeling sore/full at all. A few days after that I tried hand expressing in the shower out of curiosity and got some drops but no sprays like I would have had before.

So I thought I'd be drying up completely pretty soon here, but weirdly this morning I woke up VERY full! It oddly coincided with my book club meeting last night and a few glasses of sangria which is not the norm for me...?! So now I am like, weird, will this keep happening!?
