I had only two very tiny tears, only one stitch. And that sucker bugged me for months. I felt sore and swollen for about a month, and then just wrong and weird and not perfect for another few after that. Like, I could feel my pelvis knitting back together, and it was kind of janky. One of the bones right behind my vagina wasn't quite right, and was sore whenever I leaned forward for a while. I try to chime in on these threads to encourage mamas to go back to their OB if they think something is wrong! I waited too long when I was still in bad pain and ended up with emergency surgery to repair stitches that had ripped at 2 weeks PP... still felt awful after my second check up and it turns out I had granulation scar tissue. I was walking around the hospital sans pain meds after day 3, though. I didn't have an incontinence but I felt like I was going to pee my pants 24/7 which made it hard to exercise, dtd, run, dance, bike. I think I used the bottle for about that long as well as use the Tucks. I'm not sure when my stitches dissolved, but I can't imagine it took very long. I feel okay some days, and like my vagina is going to fall off other days.</p> <p>How long did you use the peri bottle, tucks pads, etc? Also if you had stitches, how long before they dissolved? </p>
