I ended up having to help get her stuff out, considering I was now the owner of the home and having the locks changed at the same time. Ended up in a verbal altercation with her as she wanted to leave everything in the shed and also furniture in the garage. The house was filthy as she hadn't cleaned it pre-settlement.
