It was SUPER fast. </p> <p>We also nap trained at 5 months, and that took about 2 weeks I think. We tried several unsuccessful attempts prior to that but it just never clicked and I was too weak to hear her cry during the day. I know he is sleepy because he starts to fall asleep during his bottle. My LO cries if she's not quite tired enough yet to sleep. I let her cry for usually 10 mins then go get her, play for 30 mins, and try again. Things are getting worse and I don't understand it. Here is how our naps have looked so far this week:</p> <p>Monday: -Nap 1- cried for 40 minutes then slept for 2 hours<br /> -Nap 2- cried for 5 minutes then slept for 1.5 hours</p> <p>Tuesday: -Nap 1- cried for a minute then slept for 1.5 hours<br /> -Nap 2- no tears/slept for 1.5 hours</p> <p>Weds- -Nap 1- cried for 30/slept for 30<br /> -Nap 2- cried for 10/slept for 2 hours</p> <p>Thurs- -Nap 1- cried for 35/slept 30<br /> -Nap 2- cried for 35 and then worked himself into such hysterics DH went and got him. Napped on DH about 30 minutes later for 1.5 hours (but fought the nap)</p> <p>Today- So far he has been crying for 35 minutes.</p> <p>I don't understand. Why is it getting worse? Is this normal? It kills me to hear him cry so I don't know how much longer I can do this. :( </p>
