At 20ish weeks sleep got a lot better and she was only waking once a night to nurse, but then she started rolling in her crib which screwed up her sleep for a few days, but we are back to normal now. (for now! lol) Phew! </p> <p>I really believe that the first year has so many developmental leaps and what not, esp around 3/4/5 months, and it really screws up their sleep because they are going through so many changes and learning something new every day! LO started sttn at 2 months. At 4 months the regression hit. Now it's just very inconsistent--some nights it's 1 wakeup, some nights it's 3. She was a crap sleeper to begin with so it only got worse. But at the end of it at 7.5 months she started STTN. And then at about 10.5 months she started waking up again. Yippee. </p>
