I bled for about 10-12 days, and it was because I had an incomplete miscarriage. When this was discovered at my follow-up scan, I had to take misoprotol to "finish" the process. Please consider asking your OB to give you an ultrasound soon-ish to see if the MC is complete.... In 2010 I didn't know I was pregnant and was bleeding for ~12 days then passed huge clots which made me realize, OMg I think I'm having a miscarriage, I've never had a period this long. Went to the dr and I still had some hcg so it was a miscarriage.
