There was plenty of room for 2 people, not so much once LO and all of LO's things were there! I am not going to be naive and expect to stay here for 10 years, but all of our neighbors that we have talked to have lived here over 10yrs and didn't intend to stay that long, but fell in love with the community, etc haha - and it's a great community! The house has 3BR, so I am thinking if we decided to have a 2nd baby, we will need to think about finishing the basement to move our office there, and that is an expensive project! If we went with a starter home, we would be in the market for a bigger house right now (3.5 years later).
