Don't plan on dropping it to 2x at work anytime soon. I barely make enough for her bottles the next day and my freezer stash is at an all time low. I. Must. In my position and what I do, 3 x was just way too much. 2x a day seemed to work for me for about 3.5 months. Then it got really busy and now I"m doing 1x (started around 6.5 months). I"m still able to get enough for 2 bottles a day and we do one formula. I am doing 2x now, and it's fine -- but I could probably use the third pump. </p> <p>I am definitely not making as much, but don't have the time to get in for another session. I've been pretty lucky to keep up with him. Here and there I've had random dips, but overall it's worked. He's almost 7 months now, and I'm thinking I might be able to drop down to one soon. It's my plan for this baby too (now 7 mo). Sometimes it's annoying but I also kind of enjoy my little breaks! I pump every night before bed and that helps make up the difference. </p> <p>I hate pumping too. My office has glass walls so I have to use a lactation room with no wifi and it's really hard to get anything done in the 20-30 min. That's what my coworker has done. For me each session is only 20 minutes so it's a total of an hour in a day and no one seems to have a problem with me doing that.
