I did when she was newborn but now it's easier to just use whatever pillow is around. I breastfeed her wherever I am in the house so it would be a pain to have to go find the boppy to feed her every time. Also - she is a quick eater. Never longer than 10 minutes on one side. Usually 5 minutes per side. When he was nb up to 4-5 mos I used it got every feeding. Now just whenever I remember to. It's more comfortable to use it :) </p>
