We have the Marpac one, as well, which is not digital, but motorized. This means no weird loop or digital sound. The other day we were at my sister's and he napped in her pack n play in her bedroom and she had an air purifier in there that sounded like white noise and he took two of the most amazing naps EVER. When it was hot we just used the fan, and we also have a CD with rain sounds that I play sometimes, but the CD gets annoying because I burnt it myself and there are gaps in the tracks and it makes a weird sound when it repeats.. Is it worth it to buy a white noise machine now and which brand do you recommend? </p>
