<description>&#60;p&#62;I stopped running at 5 weeks because of cramping and stopped barre workouts at 8 weeks because I was so tired (and because one of the teachers made a comment about how your measurements should be decreasing instead of increasing). I continued walking until it got too hot. I hope that next time I can continue to be active throughout the entire pregnancy.

I had to stop running around 24 weeks because it really just felt weird and not enjoyable, I just moved to other forms of cardio.  I just found out I am expecting and I really need to resume my routine now...I recently ran a 10k and have consistently worked out 5-6 days a week but this past week I have been SOOOOO tired.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Still working out this time at 26 weeks. I worked out at the gym up until my due date with #1--zumba, elliptical, treadmill, some weights just to maintain toning. I stopped going to kickboxing early on and stopped increasing the weights. I felt great!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This time I am working out with dvds/you tube at home about three times a week. I have been less consistent this time but am still trying. Right now I am doing denise austin prenatal cardio and toning, plus hikes and walks on the weekends.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@LindsayInNY:  I definitely keep the resistance lower then I normally do and so far there is one position I can no longer do because my belly gets in the way, but it is easily modifiable. I find it is still really comfortable because I am either sitting or, while out of the seat, the weight is removed from my back. As long as my legs are still strong enough to prevent me from bouncing around, I'm good. I think you'll probably be able to keep up with it for a while!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Both pregnancies, I was way too sick the first trimester into the second trimester to do anything except lay around in misery during my downtime.  But with LO #1, once my MS went away at 17 weeks, I started working out (mainly elliptical and some weights, sometimes doing bike or treadmill) and worked out 2-3 times a week until I delivered.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This time, I am still having MS at 22 weeks and I'm starting to think it's never going away.  Therefore, I have not been to the gym even once.  Even taking my daughter to the park 2 blocks away basically ruins me and I have to sit a lot because I feel ill.  FUN

<description>&#60;p&#62;With LO1 I did Crossfit mom workouts every other day from 2nd trimezter until my due date.  I only stopped when I was in labor.  This pregnancy it's been a lot harder to build any workout momentum.  I'm mainly walking trying to get 8-10k steps a day but I fall short a lot of days (especially now that we're potty training and homebound).

<description>&#60;p&#62;Right up until the end with both. I found it really helped with lower back pain and also just made me feel better and helped me sleep. I didn't change the routine but did slow the pace on the cardio machines towards the end.

Though I had to start lowering the intensity level as time went on as I couldn't keep up. Then in my third tri I stopped it altogether but that also coincided with getting a full time job so I'm not sure if I would have worked out more if i stayed part time. So third tri my exercise was reduced a few evening walks/week with DH at a slow pace...I also did prenatal yoga pretty regularly in my third tri
