Our reflux was really bad, but more of the silent type so tummy time didn't seem to be a problem. He also didn't sleep more than normal, but has always been a "good" sleeper. I'd try a different med if this one isn't working well. Prevacid worked best for us. They all work slightly differently. Was in meds till 6 months but I think we could have taken her off it sooner. She was fine with tummy time but I always did it before she was due to eat.
