I work for a small non-profit, so I'm not guaranteed anything under FMLA, but my boss has been super flexible with the other ladies who have recently had children. I have 8 weeks, and I have to take my vacation and Remaining sick time also. Since I'm a teacher and he was born over the summer, it was technically only four months off because our school year starts at the beginning of September. I was paid through about mid-November.
