We're musing about me taking 9-10 months and DH taking 2-3 months. He would get topped up on salary, so it would be a no-brainer for me to go back early. Also a lot of moms have told me that it's easier to go back to work when hubby is with the baby than if they are in daycare. His boss has two LOs so I'm sure it won't be a big deal to take time and legally, he's entitled to the 12 weeks. But, I highly doubt DH will take the full 12. </p>
