Now, if she sleeps all night (bwahahahah, that rarely happens), we leave her in a disposable all night. I stuff her pocket diaper with extra absorbency. I still get up to feed her twice a night, but I do not move her from her bed or change her. She never poops overnight. I also use Gro Via's magic stick and it works amazingly! Any redness is gone almost immediately and I've never had bad diaper rash.
