But then I go back to sleep (hopefully!) If I set an alarm, no matter what time I set it for, I will wake up just before it goes off. I usually sleep in until 8-8:30 most days regardless of when I go to bed. That is all about to change in 3 weeks or less. On weekends, LO usually wakes us up at anytime from 4-6 am. Last night, I took her wakeups, so my husband got up with her when she was up for the day--right before 7. And I "slept" till 8 but was mostly awake just laying in bed trying to sleep after LO cried at 6:30-something. Last night I set an alarm, but woke up after 6 hours. Before kids, I would sleep 8-9 hours without waking up, no problem. I hope that once the kids are older, I can stay asleep for longer! But my fear is that my sleep has been ruined forever!! How long do you usually sleep if you don't set an alarm?
