His case seems to be mild and the croupy cough is mostly gone, now it seems like a really bad cold. I know lots are anti-medication, and I am reticent for antibiotics but croup terrifies me from past experience. It seems to be a mild case but I'm just wondering how long until the awful coughing and extreme crankiness go away? I have never seen him so unhappy! :( </p>
