From my own observation it varies according to food. In my case LO would react to chocolate after about 6 hours, but dairy at about 12-18 hours. Wondering in terms if seeing if it is affecting LO- like I've heard mixed things about caffeine in breastmilk, but if I wanted to see if it was affecting her, when would she get it? Same with gassy foods or whatever. </p>
