He wears sweat pants and t shirts to school, which is what he'd wear as pajamas anyway, so I just dress him for school and in the mornings all we have to do is teeth and potty and we're out! I usually put his shoes on while he's still asleep, then wake him up, give him a chance to come to, and then do teeth and potty. Once I'm up it's about half an hour, depending on whether or not we have to wake E up. If he's still asleep he's very sluggish. I've learned that if I try to rush them too much everyone ends up in tears.</p> <p>And it seems like even if we do miraculously get ready earlier than that, someone has to poop, lost a shoe, forgot something at home etc so it ends up being over an hr </p>
