20-25 minutes upstairs (change, potty, brush teeth)
5 min at the door (bundle up in coats, shoes take forever)

5 min to make pb&j if we're running late,
or 20 min to eat breakfast at home (most days).

Weekends, it takes 1-2 hours because we do nicer breakfasts.

**This does not include any time that I take to get ready, if we get ready at the same time, add at least 10 minutes as the absolute best case scenario.

He eats at school and I put him in his clothes for the next day as pajamas at night. He wears sweat pants and t shirts to school, which is what he'd wear as pajamas anyway, so I just dress him for school and in the mornings all we have to do is teeth and potty and we're out! I usually put his shoes on while he's still asleep, then wake him up, give him a chance to come to, and then do teeth and potty. Usually takes us around 20m.

2 1/2 hours-- that's time to nurse twice, walk the dog, eat, get dressed, play, and drop LO off. I purposely stagger our schedule so we have playtime in the morning. DH gets playtime in the evening while I'm working.

One hour from when we "wake up" to when we get out the door. Often everyone is awake before the alarm goes off at 6am. I don't think I've woken baby up yet. We could go a lot faster if DH and I got up before the LOs.

20 minutes. We literally wake him up at 6 and are out the door by 6:20. The only reason it is like this is because we go to my parents home, he gets ready for school there and then gets dropped off.

I estimate if we had to eat and get dressed it would take 45 minutes. My kid isn't a morning person.

I wake them up about 45 minutes before we leave. I'm already ready by this time. It used to be closer to 30 but my oldest is NOT a morning fan, so I needed to give a little more time to deal with the not getting out of bed, not liking her clothes, not wanting to brush hair, ect.

I voted 31-45 but I try to aim for 30 mins from waking her up to out the door. Usually there is something or other that holds us up an extra few minutes.

Way too long these days. She's been throwing tantrums because she wants to play or doesn't want her hair brushed/out of her face or she doesn't want to put on shoes. Plus she insists on slowly eating a Belvita bar before we leave and I can't let her have it in the car due to allergies at school.

On my work days I can get us out of the house in half an hour if I rush. If I take my time I need 45 minutes. I usually give myself an hour and a half though so I can make coffee and eat breakfast before getting ready.

Oops, I voted for how long from when I get up til we're out of the house (45 min-1 hr). I wake up LO about 20 minutes before we leave to nurse and get her dressed (though a lot of times lately she gets up earlier so she plays for a little while too). I'm sure we'll need more time once she's older ! (12 months now)

We are usually out the door around 1-1.15 hours but the delays are usually DH & I getting our lunches ready or taking showers. If I don't work out in the morning then I can get out the door earlier with LO.

Well, I wake up at 5:30 but spend about a little over an hour dozing and nursing G in bed. Once I'm up it's about half an hour, depending on whether or not we have to wake E up. If he's still asleep he's very sluggish. With D helping I can get out the door in 15 minutes, though (I did this morning). I shower at night and don't usually wear makeup, and E eats a waffle and applesauce in the car, then has second breakfast at school.

Before my modified bedrest, I got myself and DS ready for work/daycare in 35-40 min!!! My DH works early, so I had to drop off by 7 to get to work on time.

Now he changed his schedule a bit so he can do drop off. It will be interesting in the fall when we have 2 to get ready in the mornings.

A laid back day is 45-60 minutes for me to shower and get ready, get her bags packed, get her dressed, fed and in the car. I can do it in 30 minutes if I have to when we're rushing, but it's more chaotic than I like! Once I wake DD up though it's only 10-15 minutes to get her dressed and ready to go!

I'm scared for how much longer it will take when #2 arrives! I don't want to wake up much earlier!

About an hour for me to get the two girls out the door in the morning - that includes me having a shower, breakfast for all three of us, getting the girls dressed, backpack packed for preschool, and loading two kids in the car. And that is usually with us rushing about....

Once #3 arrives, I'm fully anticipating that time to just about double :bummed:

ETA: this is me getting her up, eating and a little playtime. Sometimes I get stuff done like unloading the dishes and/or loading laundry while she's eating.

Over an hour. I don't rush them but I try to get out the door by 8ish which is about an hr after they wake up. I've learned that if I try to rush them too much everyone ends up in tears.

And it seems like even if we do miraculously get ready earlier than that, someone has to poop, lost a shoe, forgot something at home etc so it ends up being over an hr
