It's about 30 minutes. If we skipped breakfast, it'd be about 15. I use the time when he's eating breakfast to get my stuff together for work - my bag, my lunch, make my breakfast smoothie and my to-go coffee.

We take our time because LO is usually awake much earlier than we need to go. She's usually up between 6:15 and 6:30 and we like to be out the door between 8 and 8:30. When she sleeps in though, we wake her up by 7:30 to make sure we can get out in time. I don't know how anyone would be ready in 10 minutes! It takes about that much time to just get her coat and shoes on.

<5 minutes. DS is still sleepy so that helps. I change his diaper, clothes, and put on shoes then we're out the door. He eats breakfast at school.

We're also in the <10 minutes crew. DS eats breakfast at daycare, but I make him a smoothie in the morning. DH and I get completely ready while DS is still sleeping. Whoever gets downstairs first makes the smoothie, and one of us takes it in for DS to drink while his diaper is being changed. We put him to sleep in the shirt or undershirt he'll wear the next day and just his diaper (he's still in a sleep sack). I lay out his clothes the night before so it's very quick to get him dressed. We stop by the bathroom to brush teeth and wipe off his face before heading downstairs. The parent who's not getting DS ready has already loaded the car, so all we do is put on shoes and head out the door! It took some time to get this down to a science, but we wanted DS to get as much sleep as possible rather than waking him up early to spend more time getting ready. Of course some mornings he's pokier but overall it goes smoothly.

I've got an early riser which makes things challenging. He is awake while we get ready so we have to take turns showering and getting dressed while the other watches him. Getting him fed and dressed takes no time at all though. He loves daycare so much that he is screaming at us while holding his shoes and coat!

We all get up around 6:30 and we like to relax/have coffee/milk on the couch, then start getting ready. Out the door by 8. LO hates being rushed though, so I wouldn't know how we would do it if she slept in much later than that.

It takes forever! E hasn't started preschool yet but she gets up with B and I need to have her ready for the day before we leave to take him to school. They eat breakfast at 6:30, get dressed, brush teeth, do hair by 7:30 and then I have 20 minutes to get myself ready.

It usually takes an hour and a half for two kids!! It's mostly because the oldest lags. She is in a "self" phase so she has to do everything herself. And that takes forever. I've had to rush before for work meetings and everyone just ends up crying and/or screaming! (Me included :-p) so most days we just take our time

I allocate an hour from waking them up to out the door. I start waking them up at 6:40 but they're usually not fully up until 10 minutes later. They're usually dressed and downstairs by 7. They eat breakfast while I make their lunch. At 7:30 they start getting ready to leave. This is the most frustrating part because they take their time getting their shoes on. We're usually in the car by 7:40 to get to school by 8.

I can't believe how fast y'all are. It takes me over an hour and we are always running late. LO gets up around 7:30. We nurse, change her diaper, she eats breakfast while I pack her lunch and backpack. (I should do that the night before but I never do.) Then I have to get her dressed, fix her hair (there's lots of it), get her shoes on, make sure we have everything including her lovey. Then she plays while I hurry to make myself slightly presentable unless DH is dropping her off. Most of the time she poops so I have to change her again before we leave. We leave by 8:45 to be there by 9.

They have been pretty slow about eating breakfast so yes, I feel rushed on some days lately. I am glad my kids eat, but man, they can EAT! I am already worried about what we will do next school year for kinder since it will start earlier and we have a commute... :bummed:

About the same- 45-50 minutes. I could rush us along in 20 or so if I didn't give us a start on the couch waking up to tv and coffee. Plus there is the baby to get ready, which I could just bring along in jammies if I was in a true hurry.

It usually takes an hour and a half for us to get out of the house, but most of that is DH. When I'm solo, it usually takes less than an hour and probably 20 minutes of that is just for DD. If I was more organized, we could probably go faster when it's just DD and me, but there's no rushing my DH so I don't even bother to try most of the time.

I think about a half hour? I get him out of the crib and get him changed, then we go downstairs and I cut up a banana and give him some cheerios. He eats while I get his lunch ready and then if I have time I sit down and eat too, then we feed the dog (which can take a few minutes because he doesn't want to put down the scoop). It would be a lot shorter if I just handed him breakfast on the way out the door, but I feel like he'd get more of it all over the car than in his mouth.
