But if we get him in bed at the perfect time, he's out in 3 minutes. Maybe try putting him down earlier? She's a thumb-sucker so she just pops her thumb into her mouth and she soothes herself to sleep. This is after he rubs his eyes, looks tired, is fussy, or just plain when I look at the clock to determine his next nap. He eventually falls asleep so I'm not too worried, just curious how long your LO's take? </p>
