If I hit her sweet spot which is 7:45, I can get her in the crib and her lights out by 8:00 - 8:15 if she's really hyped up. Anything later than putting her in her crib by 7:45 delays bed time exponentially, so if I end up putting her in her crib at 8:15, then she won't sleep till 9:15. it's crazy.

Immediately! She is 20 months and when she sees her crib she's practically pushing us away wanting to get in! I don't know why or how she's such an easy/good sleeper. Both DH and I have trouble sleeping.

Even if he doesn't fall asleep right away, he talks or sings to himself.

We're currently at 20 minutes from the time we sit down in the rocker. It used to be 10-15, but she's got some major sleep issues going on right now. Night wakings are taking almost 45 minutes :( She has to be PASSED OUT for us to do the transfer anymore.
