We still stick to a normal bed/nap schedule, just adjusting bedtime gradually. We woke up at 3:30 am this morning and fell asleep at 1 pm and slept until 6 pm today....not sure when we will be sleeping tonight :-( </p> <p>Before baby I could get over it in a day... Now I'm not sure! When we first got to Europe we didn't really have any problems adjusting since we were out and keeping busy.</p> <p>How long does it usually take for you and your LO to get over jet lag? </p>
