I am weaning as well, but my supply was so low I was uncomfortable for a day and then it was totally over. You are already doing all the things i would suggest!

So I decided to stop pumping (LL hasn't nursed in almost 5 months). Before I decided to wean I was pumping between 2 and 4 times per day (about 20 oz). I decided I wanted to stop fairly suddenly, and I pumped once a day for 3 days, until I no longer felt painfully engorged when I woke up in the morning. The last day I pumped was Monday, but I have hand expressed small amounts in the shower. It doesn't appear that I am becoming more engorged, but my breasts are pretty tender still and just as full as they were a couple days ago. How long does this last? Should I pump for a few minutes to relieve some of the fullness, or just wait it out? I don't have any knots that would lead me to believe I have clogged ducts...just overall fullness. I am using cabbage leaves and wearing a sports bra (and last night took some mucinex-d). Any other tips?
