She isn't quite 18 months yet (17.5), but she normally takes one 45-60 minute nap most days, with the occasional 1.5 hour nap (probably 1x a week max). We are going on 30 months now. LO usually sleeps about 7-6 like yours. LO has always had lower sleep needs.</p> <p>I think if LO seems happy and isn't falling apart at the end of the day, it should be fine. Sometimes 115 mins sometimes 2 hours but a 2 hour nap is pretty rare in these parts. He is 2 now. Everyone tells me they should be napping 2 - 3 hrs at this age. She gets tired early and goes down early at night (7 pm) and also wakes early. (6 am).</p> <p> At daycare they claim she will sleep 2 hrs, but I'm skeptical about this as there are so many distractions and she is always more tired from daycare... I'm just thinking she's not a big napper? </p>
