But more often than not, they are on the short side. I would say they're usually around 30-45 minutes. Around 5.5 they started to get longer and now its usually two one to one and a half hour naps a day since 6 months.</p> <p>At that age I tried everything but it was just a developmental thing. I remember there was one day where she woke up after 45 minutes, but i waited it out for 10 minutes...and she went back to sleep!
