My friend who just had her baby didn't get hers til day 10. She was freaking out big time, but now she's breastfeeding quite successfully and even has plenty of milk supply. She was seriously stressed about it until she talked to her pediatrician, who said she knows a mom whose milk didn't come in for 21 days! And she went on to breastfeed successfully as well. </p> <p>We were scared to supplement with formula and RJ was screaming and lost a ton of weight before my milk came in.
