I'd LOVE a 3+ hour nap time, but the longest I've ever gotten was 3 hours and I was seriously freaking out thinking she stopped breathing. Ours starts the nap process at 12:30 and 2:30 is the end of naptime. They have to wake up LMW every day! He takes a pretty consistent 2.5 hour nap. At her previous daycare, it was 2 1/2 hours, so a big difference. I actually prefer the hour nap because it means she'll be more tired at bedtime and hopefully fall asleep earlier!</p> <p>How long does your LO nap at daycare? </p>
