Although I don't strictly stick to the same routine every night, what I like to do is read a story, massage/sing/relax him, nurse, put to bed. It takes typically half an hour, often more if he was really wired up or also depending on how long he nurses for. I keep telling myself I want to put him to bed earlier, but I never start the "routine" early enough to do so! </p>
