With ear infections it usually took a few days after we started a course of antibiotics to start getting a normal routine back but sometimes it just took a few weeks no matter what. Best of luck. Being away from home can make it that much more difficult.

LO is sick with an ear infection and a pesky cold that won't go away. Poor thing. Now she is waking up 2x per night to feed (used to be 1x or none) because she doesn't feed enough during the day (I can't get her to eat from both breasts at each feeding no matter how hard I try). Anyway...just wondering if this happened to you and your LO, did your LO ever get back to normal or did it just permanently mess up his/her eating and sleeping habits? How did you return to normalcy? I should probably add that we are traveling and not at home too.
