I got a "withdrawal period" 4 days after I stopped. Then 35 days later was the next one. I was on the pill for 15 or so years. The cycle after that took around 50 days, then 45 and it progressively got shorter until it was about 35 days. Same thing happened to me (many long cycles dropping by about 2 weeks each time) which is why I wanted to give my body at least 6 months until TTC so I would not get discouraged or frustrated.</p> <p>I know it was around 3 cycles- but I always skipped the sugar pills or I was on depo so I have had very few periods in 13 years. I was so excited when it finally showed that I screamed when I went to the bathroom and made DH look. So becoming! </p> <p>When I spoke with my doctor, they indicated they didn't want to see me unless it was 90 days. I was quickly approaching that, and it finally showed. After that, my cycles were 60 days, 52 days, and went down from there. I was on the pill where you get your period every 3 months. I went off it in mid-December and still haven't gotten a period. I tested and I'm not pregnant. We aren't trying but want to try this summer/fall and I wanted to be ready. In 2015 when I went off birth control and had my first child, it took 7 weeks for it to come back and then I had long 5-7 week cycles. I'm planning to make an appointment with m doctor but I was just curious if anyone else experienced this and if you took anything to get it started? </p>
